Fileplanet are publishing a mini map pack for Portal, courtesy of a Bethesda developer (if that makes any difference?).

Still, if you've put Portal down since completing it maybe a few more puzzles will get you back at it for a while?

The same guy released a map a couple weeks after portal came out, I believe. It was challenging in both the puzzle department, as well as the quick reaction and aim department. Those are definitely worth a look if the first map was any indication.
