Problem

Right... I've just downloaded and installed the UT04 ECE Bonus pack so that i could play Killing Floor, and before i went to play KF i decided to see what the new vehicles were, but, for some reason all my key settings have been deleted, not a problem, i just reenter them. Now when i get ingame, dispite reseting the controls, i cant move. Alienswarm, KF and RO still work, but UT04 doesn't...... can anyone shed some light on the situation?

Hmm, i thought the most recent ut2004 patches required the ECE bonus pack to begin with, so either you've been running a really old version, or ignored the requirement.

Anyway, delete UT2004\System\User.ini, that will reset your binds, preferences, name, character, weapon order etc all to default when you load up UT2004 afterwards.

Well, it would seem that way because after updating to V3369 i get the "bonus vehicle" maps, which im guessing is what has the 3 new vehicles on...

OK, reinstalled in different order, still didnt want to work... If someone could post their controll settings i would be VERY gratfull

I think pest covered the fix. Have you tried editing user.ini yourself?

Ok, tried it, failed at it... This time what i did was...

- uninstall ut04
- delete ALL files/mods in the directory
- reinstall
- patch to 3339 (its the required version for the ECE pack)
- installed the ECE bonus pack
- test to see if it works... it worked!
- patched to 3369
- test to see if works... and it works!
