Discussed a lot lately, here's the place to put your images (or even videos) of our progression kills.
This thread should be stickied soon.

Here's the progression page of the wiki.

EDIT: Here's a kill screenie of Putricide:

Another edit: Sorry about the bad image quality; my laptop doesn't do high resolution too well...

I'd put a Putricide screenie here myself, but I haven't got it hosted yet. This thread should be stickied soon.

Here's the progression page of the wiki.

You can host the image directly on the wiki - use the upload file link on the left then refer to it in the wiki document as follows:

Code:

Look at the tutorial pages (for instance the how to link your wow chars to your forum account one) for an example

Again no screenshot, but we just healed the dreamwalker up!

A Dreamwalker screenie would either have to be timed for the few seconds before she vanishes, or would be a rather boring screenie of a room that's empty apart from the chest in the middle :p

Awesome fun fight, though, much like the Blood Princes; hectic, potentially very frustrating, but can be loads of fun and SO satisfying to beat it.

Since it didn't get posted in this sticky (if anywhere; can't remember if this made it onto the forums), we got Blood Queen Lana'thel down a few weeks ago, now officially leaving us with only Sindragosa left before the Lich King (Sindragosa being a boss that we've attempted twice now and managed to get down to ~10%, as I understand it)

Apologies for slightly crappy image, but that's what screenshots are going to look like from the way I've got my client set up :p

We got our first kill of Sindragosa last night, after about five attempts. Was a little messy at first, but went comparatively smoothly for the time we actually downed her. Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot, and I don't know if anyone else remembered to take one or not...

That night also marked our first (I think) one-shottings of Blood Princes and the Blood Queen Lana'thel; either a mark of luck (Princes DID get a little messy), or that people are getting a helluva lot better at listening to tactics and DBM (I think about half the group was unfamiliar with all three bosses we downed last night...).

Last night was also our first time ascending to the top of the Citadel and facing the Lich King himself; we only got a few attempts before some people had to go (it was getting late, and there's no way we were going to seriously down it on the first go, even with the 20% buff :p ). Buuuut, we did get him to under 70.5% of his health; a tiny bit more and we would have ended the first phase. INSANE fight, but looks to be crazy-hectic-fun, and I suggest all our raiders who are sufficiently geared to attend the end of ICC start learning tactics swiftly, as that lockout is likely to be extended each week until we manage to down him.

At first I was like

But then:

I was like :(

The buff doesn't override the tactics on some of the more vicious fights. Not going to save you from the chained Bloodbolts or failing to bite someone in the Blood Queen fight, won't save you from failing to deal with the ice blocks in Sindragosa properly, and won't help a damn if you don't properly deal with pretty much everything the Lich King throws at you (in the first phase alone, the necrotic plague and infest are as much a problem as ever, and I don't think any buff will save you from the Valkyr if they aren't dealt with properly :p ).

TL;DR: bugger off with the negativity :p

While it won't save you from tactical fails, it allows more room for mistakes. Easier healing the Infests (get a Discipline priest, seriously - have Elincia offspec it or something, even without gems for it it will make your life SO much easier), people not dying to the Remorseless Winter and Raging Spirits in Phase 1.5, much faster killing of Valkyrs...

Although I admit, it won't save you from incorrectly placed Defiles, Necrotic Plague ticks and the like.

Still - gratz to the A-team for getting to the LK :)
