Promod developer retires from project

The creator of what (in my opinion) destroyed CoD4 as a fun game to play has stopped working on the project for CoD5.

I personally love promod, took a bit of getting used to but was a much better tournie mod than other earlier mods, the extra speed and improved hitboxes certainly changed the game a lot but not really in a negative way imo. It also united all the pro clans under one mod which meant the US and Canadian teams were happier coming over to the UK. Which was awesome. Not too bothered about CoD5 not bought it after playing the beta. Seemed to consoley to me. Might get it for the xbox to play with mates from work.

I'm getting it for the PC simply because I hate using the gamepad for FPS, or rather would much prefer the mouse and keyboard. Also I'm getting it mostly for the single player element.

CoD5 is consoley? CoD4 is not? This is news to me.
