Question: All-Caps subjects

Tried to do a thread with an all-caps subject, but it didn't work. Is this by design?

(Just asking the question, not requesting a fix. )

Yes I believe it is.

The case will also be dropped to lower case if you make a post that is all uppercase too.

We've enabled the anti-shouting mechanism. Occasionally, this blows up a title that would legitimately all be in caps. I can't have a thread titled "STALKER" for example...

For the most part it does what we wanted, though.

So, feature, working as intended.

Nope. No lower case letters so it would assume you were shouting.
