The Witcher 2 - if you have a good PC then the graphics are soooo shiiiiiny.

Also it's a brilliant RPG. WITH BOOBS. And ladybits. And blood. And swearing.

I can also recommend the Witcher highly for similar reasons, there's even a spanking!

Also, just a warning though: the intro is apparently pretty hard and the tutorial isn't very clear (according to my friend who kept on dying), if you've played the first one you should have an idea of what most of the signs do, so experiment!

Indeed! There are not as many boobs as in the first game, but they are better in this one. Hehe.

The brothels are really overpriced, you're better off starting a relationship and shagging for free, than paying 170 oreos for "some fornication".
