Raiding time Blues?

Lately in, my opinion raiding has been far improving, successfully guild Running Gruuls for example was awsome! Now also running Zul'Aman and improving on every run. Kara is getting to a stage where its almost a walkthrough.

With this though it also seems alot of bad feeling is arrising, especially now recruitment is at a stage where we got alot of new DPS and not enough geared Healers and Tanks to consistantly run enough 10 man raids to include everyone - Yet.

I realy hope im picking up signs that aren't there but to me things seem to have got a little heated in game around raiding time.

I love raiding personally, wherever we do it. And with -most- people that come i have a real laugh and a great time.

Its odd at the moment. Things are going really well but people are getting really narky!

Its a weird old world!

Baldi likes -everything- as a suppository...

Anyhoo, aye, I've noticed that there's been some problematic feeling/behaviour recently even as we've been improving, and whilst I can put a part of it down to end-of-year stress for those in school/university, some of it is problems of miscommunication and organisational issues causing frustration, which is something that'll be worked on asap

I truly hope that's a sporadic event rather than something that slowly makes its way onto the guild. Our community, unlike many a raiding guild I've teamed with throughout my WoW history, has a fabulous community-oriented vibe to it, in which our interaction actually revolves around mutual help in terms of progression, be it in instances, professions, or that odd annoying quest that screws you when leveling. That, in my view, MUST stay intact, for it's the very reason behind the Guild's longevity. :)
