Reputation post-bit updated on 2-series styles

Minor tweak across all 2-series styles as part of continuing to raise the profile of Reputation across the board.

The "postbit" encompasses the bar with your avatar, username, post count, rep power and so on. In that bit the Reputation blobs have moved from the left (where they were squashed up) to the right and, just above them, the text that's available on a mouse over of the images is now printed in plain text.

Hey Admin, I think it looked nicer with just the boxes... They contain loads of Rep info as it is and the extra text makes it look untidy .

Yer, you can easily find out where people are roughly just by looking at the boxes.

Just so you know, the text and the boxes don't correlate. While you've got one box there are 4 different titles you can have, incrementally. This gives those titles more visibility. Otherwise I'd be better making each title correspond to a 100-point boundary.

I like it . It brings more awareness to Rep, and might even make people a bit more determined to post good topics to get some more rep .

I think I prefered it how it used to be.

The rollover showing a members reputation was fine.

It's looking a bit clustered with the reputation level displayed.

I think that the green boxes look better where they are now, but I dont think the reputation level needs to be displayed, as if you're interested you can just rest youre cursor over the boxes. Well thats my thoughts anyways.

Hmm, given the feedback, maybe I could push the textual details into people's profiles instead?

Still, I'm quite liking the green blobs on the left rather than the right. If the green blobs stayed on the left would that worry people?

No that looks good and maybe instead of saying "Reputation:Ronin Storm has much to be proud of", it could just say " Ronin Storm has much to be proud of"

The boxes on the left looks great, but the text needs to go, I think.

Yeah, boxes on the left is cool. It also makes the Profile bar that tiny bit shorter .

I like it, the text i got used to pretty quickly. Maybe it can be replaced with something witty like the titles, but nothing critical.

I was wondering about changing the Reputation titles to something cooler and cutting down the number of bad Reputation titles to something short and tedious. I'm all out of witty ideas, though, just now.

On the subject of reputation, is there anyway to find out who you've given reputation to in the past?
I know that everyones really busy, what with Serenity going "tits-up" recently But I think it might be useful for a record to be kept, maybe in the same table form as the rep recieved, but in separate table beneath the rep recieved one in your user CP. I think this would be useful as I keep trying to give people rep but I havent spread my rep giving around enough, and I cant remember who I have or havent given rep too, so it can get a bit frustrating.

I got two little niggles about the FAQ.

1. "has behaved a little shamelessly" <- Shouldn't it be shamefully?

2. I think it would be better for the titles to be listed in descending order now as opposed the to the current ascending order they're in now. This both looks better, IMO, and draws away form the negative titles a bit.

On balance I've removed the text in the postbit but left the blobs over on the left where they've got a little more space. I'll update the profile to include the text, though, and then look at some better titles when I get chance.

Ok no-one seems to have noticed MadGinga's last post, which I personally think is a damn good idea. At least some kind of list that tells you the last 4 people you gave rep to so that when I try to give people rep and i get the "you must spread you rep around a bit" I know who I can't give rep to...

Not currently, except through the Admin interface.
