If you right-click on it, it comes up a php url as opposed to an image url (which is what I believe the limits apply to). Im no code junkie, but I think that looks suspect to me.

Yeah, it's bypassing the signature limit warnings by virtue of being a dynamic signature. I've removed it and I'll advise the user via PM. As they've not been on for a few weeks, I doubt it was deliberate so I'll poke with my friendliest stick.

i wouldnt mind having larger dimensions...580 by 63 pixels is tiny..think it needs to be..longer height wise...

However, I'm not going to increase the height of signature images. Reasons all supplied previously, but your post is a good example. 1 line of post, 4 lines of signature (effectively). The content is the important part, not your signature. More signature height swamps the post content even more than it already is.

even if its 100 pixels it would be better..you need to make the renders so small you get LOADS of bits at the edge and need to try and fill it up with........somthing...ive just motion blurred the render lowered the opacity (cant spell >_>) and copied it a few times to give it some texture.

Personally, I think 100 is too big. As Ronin says, when you give one-line replies and your signature is larger than the text box then there has to be something fundamentally wrong there. I remember being a member on some Final Fantasy forums once and the signature limits were far too lenient, which made navigating some threads a headache and others nigh on impossible.
