[Resolved] The Advert

Upon loading the index, there is usually a green advert at the bottom of the widget panel, at this current time of night, there is no widget box just a missing file notification ( which again isn't properly laid out because of some frame ... )

Yeah, it looks like irrepressible.info (the source of that box) has been silenced, ironically enough

I had it in my adblock list anyway :s

hehe, the only other thought was, that maybe their server has gone down for maintenance ( but who knows )

Their server has been having serious issues over the past week or two. I think that I'll drop the widget, for now, and look at integrating with their API in future (not so easily blockable).

It'd need to be a case of blocking links, then, which isn't so hard but certainly a touch more tricky than just blocking content from domain X.

Of course, with a little work one could implement forwarders and then all the links would appear to be local.

Still, their current widget appears to be mostly broken at the moment so I'll disable that now.
