It shows in $ on my computer, i dont know if that is normal, 60usd is £37 *.8 = £29.6

If so, that makes it considerably cheaper than the £39.99 offered on Steam (for the collector's edition) but more than the pre-order discount for the standard edition.

I would worry about the possibility of it only giving you an account that you can use in the US.

Ripoff for digital version tbh even with the discount! I made the mistake of buying a "Collectors" digital game with Aion, it's a waste of money. CE's are fine when you get actual shinies, but digital goodies alone are not so great.
