Just wondered who is going to play Rift with the headstart on thursday 24th ? I'll be ts if you want to start on same server.

Forgive me for being a tool, but how do you get this headstart? ive ordered a collectors edition and a normal, and played the Beta, but its totally slipped me.

However (if i don't get one), ile probably wait until Fri 4th and start then as hoping to get me missus involved.

But let me know what Shard your playing on.

I'm likely going to go on a Pee v Pee server (probably Whitefall defiant, some multiplay folks are headed there)!

what side is everyone going, i went Order for the Beta - found the starting quests more enjoyable than defiant.

Right i've just bought this on play.com did anyone else? As i have yet to get the code, if i'm getting it at all.

I bought one off play and got the code very quickly - this was about a month ago though.
The one i got from amazon for my other half, i never got a code. For that (after trying with Amazon) i emailed rift support with a proof of purchase attached, then just called them an hour later, realy helpfull support, got me a code credited straight to the account.

I think Blacker had trouble with a code from play too, think he called rift support and sent proof of purchase too.

I bought this this afternoon as I was bored.

Assuming there are different servers which servers are people on etc?

Oh, you went on the PvE server.

Oh well, have fun guys, personally I always pick PvP RP now. PvP without the kiddies (usually) which can end up in a lot of fun.

I have over 1k valor points and not sure what I can spend them on. Seems the lowest items are level 25, I'm level 15. :D

I like that you can dye armour, and I like the PvP so far (only done the one where you grab the claw). it's taking some getting used to the overall feel of combat though, it's very differnt to WoW.

Sounds very similar to Aion (which is also why a lot of the aion community have taken up Rift :p)

I think there's a PVP vendor for lvl 10-19 at Kings Retreat, don't hold me to it though as i can't double check 'till tonight.

You can get level 12+ blues with valour over at the bay... place. Can't remember the name, but there's a PvP vendor there, at the quest hub to the east, the one after King's Retreat. Where you do the quest to kill crocs and loot shinies.

Poor description is poor.
