Standard minimum gearscore for ICC 25 is usually around 5000.

Well, Angelic has (well, had) something around 5600ish gearscore. Most I've seen before I stopped playing was 5900ish. On the other hand, 3650 is fresh 80 stuff, as far as I remember.
