Shoutbox: Edit & Delete by Mods only

I have changed the shoutbox back to its original default behaviour, which is to deny the ability to edit or delete a shout to anyone who is not a Moderator.

If you need to edit or delete a shout, please contact one of the Mod Team.

Yeah, I know. Fortunately, the shoutbox auto-purges all shouts older than 7 days so it's only a brief thing.
