[TF2] Sniper update is next

Woo, yay, w00t, etc.. Turns out I've played Sniper the most. But er, yeah. I'm sure everyone will love all players on both teams playing as Snipers for at least a week. I know enjoyed the Scout update when everyone played Scout with the Sandman. It was "great".

Really, I want all the updates to be done, so people start playing a mixture of classes again
