Spoilers and Google

Ok, so this is just a thought and I have no idea if it's possible. But it occured to me after brightthorns problem

Is it possible to modify the spoiler wrap around html so that google doesn't index that section of the page. Allow us to "hide" things from google, whilst still allowing relativly normal operation of the site. Or perhaps even add a [nogoogle][/nogoogle] bbcode object?

No idea if the google bot lets you do this or not

Hmm, what about some magic using noidex meta?

If there is a [noindex] tag on the post then it updates the noindex meta tag?

In that case, the easiest approach would be to create a Social Group, get 5 users registered with it, then create a Social Forum. Social Forums are, by default, private and thus Google cannot see them, but their new posts will show up for all people signed up with that Social Group. Thus the main board can be used to pimp the group and then the private links/discussion stuff can happen in the semi-private (Google-invisible) space.

A Super Mod can help with post/thread migration after the Social Forum is in place.
