Some of you may have gotten a message from your firewall or whatever regarding gameoverlayui.exe from your firewall or such with messages like:
"gameoverlayui.exe (buildbot_winslave01_steam_rel_client_win32@ is trying to connect to the Internet or your local network "
For those that are uncertain about what buildbot_winslave01_steam_rel_client_win32@ is. I have done some research on the topic and found a post about it.
Hopefully this may answer a question or two for some.

buildbot_winslave01_steam_rel_client_win32 is a perforce enlistment name and winslave01 is one of our internal build machines. GameOverlayUI.exe is part of our in-game overlay and your firewall may ask about it again sometimes after a Steam client update occurs if we've shipped a new version of it.
I'm actually not sure why we've got the build machine/client spec branded into our version names now, but it's normal and not an indication of any problem.
