Personally, I would wait with putting up an -official- THN server with TS3 'til the kinks are worked out.
A private test server could be worth it just to see how well it works thus far, though
(in terms of capacity, codec uses, stability of the server core, etc)

Yes we will. It will be run alongside TS2 until we're sure its good to go and then TS2 will be retired.
