TeamSpeak woes

The TeamSpeak server has been going bananas every so often. Could you guys take a peek into it?

not one for being picky, but can you elaborate some more on what "going bananas" means?

Ahey,

It means that, every so often, we get periods of several minutes where everyone is breaking up and nothing can be understood. Haven knows what I'm talking about, it's the same thing that happened to us during that Naxx-25 run...

I'll need to leave this one to Haven to investigate, I think. Not got any experience with the TeamSpeak server.

Not that I think it will help, particularly, but some guys at i37 were happily using Mumble as their voice-comms system.

Hi Zooggy,

I've only experienced this once and when it happened I could not ssh into promethius either. Looks like occasionally either the server or the provider is getting hit hard network wise. Once again we're back to needing to implement a firewall on prom to make a few things more pleasant. Essentially its not a TS issue.

I'll see if I can risk an upgrade this week to try again.
