I've separated the World of Warcraft channel on TeamSpeak so that there are a couple of additional subchannels available, in no small part because some guys whose names I don't recognise are often in the more "public" part of TS for WoW.

Their names are obvious, split by server -- Scarshield Legion [THN] and Bronzebeard.

Very much in beta (I think it's crashed WoW for me once already, but admittedly with lots of alt-tabbing going on) but still pretty neat for telling who is saying what. Of course doesn't help you understand them any better...
