Well I'm hoping that we can at least get most of the ppl playing tf2 at i42 to have that as their tag

Or was thinking of trying to get individual letters of "THEHAVENNET". Unfortunately as for other words you can write with T, H, E, A, V, and N are fairly limited.

import it as your spray in tf2 ........... (settings)

take both files, save to your stemapps/<username>/tf2/materials folder (or somewhere like that. Have a look to see if you have any other vmt/vtfs in there and/or google it

Then set it up in options > multiplayer

bloke: the gif is the one on my multiplay account, just this tag is semitransparent so you dont have bob/silkth in the background
