Also, I think we should really try to seed our server tonight. Influx of players from the update and 50% off deal would be a good time to recruit some new blood.

For the mapcycle, I'm tempted to remove all the old maps (for now) and just leave in the newer stuff.

e.g.

cp_junction_final
pl_badwater
cp_steel
cp_egypt_final
cp_badlands
pl_goldrush
cp_fastlane
ctf_turbine

I hate hate hate turbine. Personal preferences aside, that's probably fine. Most servers that are running a vote mod right now will only be playing the new maps anyway...

Got a more fundamental problem. The server is segfaulting and won't start. I may need to check with Haven to see if something central has failed.

No, our server is fubar and it's nothing we've done. Looks like a bug in this release. The old server works fine and L4D works fine. Guess we'll have to go public.

Not unless Valve release a patch or information that helps us resolve the segfaults. The latest patch didn't resolve it either.
