Ater a few more Kara runs, you may find that the imba shield, Mace, and some more gear drops for you
most of our healers already have most of the drops Kara offers, imo if a healer doesn't need you should get second take if you plan to respec. Enchants are also always avaiable just ask about in Guild when you get some nice kit you plan to keep, I personaly am happy to enchant any stuff with my mats if i got them.
Also good to see you got Pally power aswell, play about with it to learn how it works and be sure to use Greater Blessings, they are so much easier and last alot longer, check with a pally trainer to make sure you have them all.
On a closing note - Plate is Great, Mail is Good, Leather is O.K and Cloth "works". Use what you can for now, you can always change it later.
