That is ultra amazingly cool! Now all he needs is a fan blowing in his face and some convincing sound effects and he's there!
It makes me think, surely this gyroscope technology could be put to good use towards VR games? I mean, how hard can it be to link the sensor to an FPS viewpoint rather than an adjustable camera? Probably easier, in fact.
