The ones I find work the best are the simple ones with white backgrounds.

My paladin has a white one with red/pinkish trim and a red/pinkish elaborate Cross. Worked alot better than the black with a grey skull on it.

Also, I am in a position where I can donate probably 1, maybe 2G towards the cost of the guild tabard if needed.

As can I, since I'm holding at 29 for more battlegrounds experience I've have been gatherering gold from drops that don't give me much in the way of experience.

I know this may sound strange, but would it no be a good idea to sign up our alts to other guilds. So that we can arrange for larger raid parties and Battlegrounds groups?

If you go to the realm forums on the WoW Europe site and go to the realm forums you will find a guild list. If you pick a guild you can go to their site and we could befriend them, and organise better raiding events. I would link directly but the site is down.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to have like a backstory to The Haven Guild, something in character since we are on a RP realm, posted on here so we can link to it for people.

Aye, I'll be playing a rogue once I get my main PC up and running again. My brother will be back in a few days, and he's the one that put it together in the first place - so hopefully a week maximum until I can join your WoW fun.

If you're thinking about constructing some kind of back-story to the Haven Guild, I could always read up on Warcraft lore and such, then craft some kind of story/history little thing if you wanted to, it might let me exercise my creative writing itch that i've got .

Oh and don't worry too much about piling on the equipment for my new character, it'll probably be best if I figure out what's what through a few hours of running around and failing miserably, then i'll get the hang of it.
