[Today 20:05] waterproofbob: If anyone is the praying type then some of that wouldn't go far wrong either.
[Today 20:01] waterproofbob: Has broken his arm quite severely so if everyones thoughts could be with him that'd be good.
[Today 20:01] waterproofbob: He rolled a Go-Kart while wishing elD a happy Bday
[Today 20:01] waterproofbob: oh dear Vibs appears to fail at life at the mo.

Looks like Vibs is going to be in quite a bad way. I'm sure that some of you have already or will be sending him best wishes another way. However, please everyone add your best thoughts and wishes in this thread to help him on his speedy way back to health and use of both his vital gaming arms!

So, to kick off, let me just say:

Get well soon, VibroAxe!

I really should have created this myself, but I'm glad Ronin did it I especially like the Big colourful writing. Bloke and elD can tell us in much more detail what is happening as I've only heard over voicemail as my phone is playing up.

Back on topic. Hope you are alright dude, it really sucks and I really feel for you. Here's to praying that it doesn't need to be pinned or naught but just needs to be plastered up.

Anyhow all the best and now I guess I have to make you a cake to make you feel better.

Unfortunate to hear Vibs :(

Though by the sounds of it you're already making jokes :D

Get well soon matey, and make sure you either go to bob's or get bob to come over to you for now and become a slave :D

Ok so I just got home.

Vibs was driving a Go-Kart in which I was a (willing) passenger.

To cut a long story short, a little bit too fast, a bump at precisely the wrong time, and a turn all at the wrong time caused said go-kart to roll over onto its left side, while we were doing approx. 15mph.

We were both strapped in, and I was airborne in the right-hand side for a while while "the dust settled," as it were.

Although he didn't get his arm crushed underneath a rollbar or anything, we think that what happened was that he put his left arm out instinctively to try and brace himself for the inevitable impact. Obviously the force of a Go-Kart with 2 people in it at 15mph was a little too much for his arm to take.

He has a VERY bad fracture/break to his upper left arm - the last I heard as I left the hospital was that they were re-xraying the injury and that they would probably have to operate and put a nail of some description into his arm to help it heal. So it's likely that he may be stuck in hospital for a couple of days...

On a slightly lighter note, I escaped with just a grazed/bruised left forearm and some grass stains.

I also got a pic of him in the ambulance just before it left with him in it, which should be attached to this post.

Double post but I don't care.

Just had an update - VibroAxe is out of hospital and staying at elDiablo's place for a while, so that's good. I'm sure he'll post up in more detail about what's going on...

But apparently he has some juicy pics of his Xrays and they are going to be posted soon :D

Hey guys. Thanks for all your concerns...

As thatbloke said I am now staying with elDiablo and his missus as i'm should be home alone at the moment.

In a bit I will take a wander round elD's house and see about finding a cable to connect up my camera and upload some photos of what happened a give a slightly more detailed account of what happened..

It may be boring for some, but i've got nothing else todo so i might as well.

Thanks once again for all the kind comments!

oh yeah, sorry i missed the eve session guys! (trax, can u stick one of the other leaderships to train for me)
