This has been out for free for quite a long time. And to be honest, when I played it last year (ish), it was VERY boring while playing it. They had the "make sure you eat/pee/whatever enough or you will die" so out of whack that you had no time to actually kill the person you were after unless you happened to find them in the bathroom, by themselves, while you were peeing >_<
