This is one film I won't be watching

EA have apparently sold the film rights to The Sims.

I don't even know how that would work, but I'm betting it will be the biggest waste of time possible other than actually playing The Sims. What is the world coming to?

I think it would probably work by focusing on some of the characters in the Sims? Like, does anyone remember the Goth family? It'll probably focus on them or another family. It'll probably be a romantic comedy. It'll probably be where everyone has a keypad beneath their seats and they choose what happens. It'll probably be shite.

On the other hand, it could be a film exploring the concept of an advanced "race" of simulated people, and the ethical and moral challenges humanity faces in "keeping" them.

...or not. :/

Ugh, the whole movie will probably be in sim language and you'll have to guess what they're saying by reading the bubbles over their head..

Bookstore is one of the few Sims movies that i'd actually watch given that it's actually quite clever. based on that this could either be really clever and an interesting film or the normal rubbish that films licenced from games normally are
