I wrote a ticket, and spoke to GM Nyghaurn, who handled my ticket.
Imagine my suprise when I got banned today, with the following explanation.
I hope this is corrected AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

This is apphauling
They had NO right to ban you for reporting an offense that someone else did. No right at ALL.
They do NOT have any valid reason. They should FIRE the Game Master that banned you and they should give you at the very LEAST one free month and a formal apology.
They have FAILED to follow standard procedure and they have FAILED costumer service rules.

Could this possibly be a misunderstanding? A mistake on their part? Perhaps they got the names mixed up. I know it's far fetched but I can't understand you getting banned for reporting misbehaviour.

They got the names mixed up and ended up banning the wrong person, because they employ incompetant morons that shouldn't be allowed to come into contact with technology more advanced than a spoon.

By the way, it was all sorted in less then an hour. I filled in the form on the site as well, and contacted a GM on Rhya's (my wife's) account. Put the question as "concerning my husband's account"

Now, the GM that appeared opened with "Hello, I am GM so-and-so, can we speak about your ticket regarding your husband's account?"

When I said "Ofcourse, and by the way, this is the husband in question..."... I got threathened with a banning of -my- AND my wife's account, because I was using it...

I stayed calm... amazingly. But someday, I am going to tear someone a new one. With a spork. A rusty, Ebola-infected one.

NOW SOMEBODY GET ME A SUSPICIOUS MONKEY!
