It's a picture of the sun.

When moving your eyes it appears to move but when you don't it's stationary. I'm pretty sure it's not just me being tired.

Odd. When I move my eyes, the position of the picture with relation to them does seem to change, although in relation to the monitor itself, it does appear to be stationary...
