Looks good. But to the scale and graphics it seems like there will be some upgrading to be done if you wana run it well.
It wont be that much better than CoH for a while it looks complicated and time consuming. But we'll see wont we

CoH revolutionised strategies. This game may be good, but it will not replace CoH..
CoH in my eyes cant replace what the C&C series has done, red alert 2 is the best RTS game ever, shame it looks poo compared to CoH nowadays, i still do LAN on generals, you just cant beat the build a base and a shit load of units n roll on someone elses base, CoH is very enjoyable ill give it that i do own the game, but maybe im put off from the WW2 setting i prefer modern warfare, WiC doesnt look like its a 'build a base' kinda game and in all fairness CoH shouldnt be, building up a base in CoH felt like i was time wasteing, the combat was amazing with the hard and soft cover and things like that.
the next C&C game will have to put these 2 to shame as they are taking over the RTS world, something C&C created
WiC will rival CoH, and they will do everything they can to beat it, but this will just piss C&C off and it will take back its thrown (but not with C&C 3 tiberium wars)

I don't like games like that, I prefer games like CoH were you have to defend strategic positions and use troops effectively in cover rather than just buld up loads and loads of troops and charge them at the enemy, with low player input until one team has no troops left.
I hate having to spend time building up bases, that's why CoH is great, you only have to build 5-6 main buildings and that's you finished building, and you get straight settled into fighting, unlike games were you have to build loads and loads of houses, barracks tank depots etc. for your base. CoH also gives field emplacements, so if you really want to, get some engineers and knock yourself out trying to make a fort with MG bunkers, mines, barbed wire and tank traps.
It all depends what you like, really. And CoH is the best strategy game I've played. Ever.

I have the multiplayer beta and it looks great . Basically if you want an easier definition : It is like bf2 in RTS mode , I think the max servers are 16vs16 , right now it is 8vs8 .
I went armour(tanks) , to capture a point and got blasted away by Air units , that means , with no great teamwork or strategy it is going to be difficult
