Right, well I'm going to do this poll again, as mine and Haven's holiday plans have fallen through, so we'll be available over the Bank Holiday weekend that we thought we wouldn't be. Again, I've left the poll open for 7 days.

The way I'm going to work it is I'm taking the whole week off before I start my new job. I'll be able to make it that weekend no problem, probably head home on the monday to start work on the Tuesday.

So my vote goes with number 1.

but I could always make it for the weekend if it is another.

I wasn't planning on coming but now I have a legitemate excuse. I shall be at the Reading & Leeds festival that very weekend.

I can only be there on the weekend, because I have a Radiohead gig to go to a couple of nights before. I guess after would be ok, but weekend suits me nicely.

I should be able to get the bank holiday off with my new job, but failing that I will be available now for the entirety of the weekend. So I'll definitely be there . Bring on the hippo outfit!

There might be a teeny tiny chance that I can actually be there. I that case I would fly to and from glasgow, arriving on either wed 23 or fri 25, and departing on sun the 27th, at 9 in the morning.

I'll know on monday whether I can be there or not (I hope), but someone would have to coddle me and help me get to my flight back home in time. So, if anyone can take that responsibility I'll try to get that weekend off and book the flight asap.

(assuming that flying to and from Glasgow rather than Edinburg isn't going to be an issue)

Cool I hope you can make it doc would be good to see you. As far as I'm aware you'd have no trouble getting to Edinburgh from Glasgow as most of the lads are from Glasgow, maybe you could get a lift with someone? Any takers from the Scottish contingent?

No, I don't need bugging

what I _do_ need is:

A place to sleep (tent, hostel, whatever) without having to call from sweden to sort it out. I won't be bringing a tent myself. Probably wont have room for a sleeping bag either.

Someone who can tell me how to get from glasgow airport to where I'm supposed to be.

Someone to help me sort out the trains/buses/whatever so that I won't miss my flight home on sunday 27.

I don't have a computer at home and I can't use the ones at work much, so I don't have time to browse through all those links about the accomodation, or book trains etc.

I wouldn't worry if I didn't have to attend class monday 28, but since I do, I worry. And there's all that stuff with the tents and sleeping bags and so on and so forth. Ryanair aren't the most generous when it comes to luggage restrictions. I'm already having to switch shifts to get the time off, and I just don't want a lot of hassle.

So what I need is basically someone to say "Don't worry about a thing, just book that flight and I'll help you sort out the rest".
