Thoughts on watercooling

What are peoples thoughts on using premade watercooling solutions in systems like the corsair H60/80/100 range (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-008-CS&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=2262)

under 100% load my desktop gets to about 75 degrees on the cooler I've got at the moment. Would watercooling make much difference to the temperatures?

Trax will recommend the H100, the H80 will suffice. Both work quite well.

Good air cooling is going to give you pretty similar results to that sort of water-cooling setup. Complete home made solutions can give you a significant temperature drop. But it is all still based on your ambient temperature. I'd still say Highend air cooling is going to give you a better performance for the money. If you need a good CPU cooler or some case fans bob has a collection of both he can sell you for way under RRP.

The Corsair H80 gets near enough identical temps to the Noctua NH-D14. It's more a space saving issue picking that over the NH-D14 though.
