Timestamps in the shoutbox

Hello, just something to put on the to do list at some point I think - timestamps for emotes (/me) in the shoutbox.

Yep. They were lost in the upgrade. I'll look to reinstate them.

Worth noting that the /pm aliases were also lost but actually there's no need to reinstate that; just click on a person's name in the shoutbox and a tab will open that will allow you to shoutbox PM them without all the /pm guff.
