I've just spied this link through X-Fire and thought I'd give it a download. It's basically a radio station that downloads small, CD quality music meaning it doesn't affect your ping. I haven't tried it in game, so I can't comment.
When you're in game, there are a number of in game shortcuts you can use to change the volume, rate the song and so forth. Seems pretty damn cool!
