So yesterday I found out about and tried an addon for teamspeak called Teamspeak Overlay. It's really good!
For all you people who don't have a second monitor that you can have the teamspeak window open on (and even for those of you who do...) what it does is overlay on top of the game you are playing which teamspeak channel you are in, your framerate, the time, and more importantly, WHO is speaking. The overlay can be placed in various positions around your screen. I got it working last night playing WoW and it fitted perfectly on the left hand side underneath my party members view.
To use it simply have teamspeak running then run this program (after installing it obviously). Tell it your EXACT teamspeak nickname that you are using and then enable it. You can then hide it so it just sits in the system tray not bothering anyone.
When you then enter your game (WoW or whatever - only tried it with WoW so far) you should see on the left side of the screen (or wherever you specified) the overlay saying in orange what channel you are in and displaying your FPS and the current time. When people speak you will see their name and also their channel status (R, CA, SA, etc.) appear aswell.
I find that if you alt-tab out of the game alot then you need to disable then re-enable the overlay program to see the overlay in-game again, but is easily doable in 2 clicks and other than that I have had no issues with it so far!
Go try it
EDIT:
Yea, one thing I forget to mention... this is still BETA software. so you may find bugs/issues/"features" with it

EDIT:
I've been using the overlay for quite a while, and it's quite useful. That being said, it does have compatibility issues with some games (causing graphical issues, or making them just plain die on startup.)
