I'm hoping they'll cave to popular demand and make a way for pre-80s to dual-spec as well. Maybe not until a certain level, or perhaps only if you've got a character at 80 already (like some sort of BtA item that allows you to dual-spec), but think how much it'd own if you can level as whatever you want, but switch to tanky/healy specs if you want to instance.

Overall... I knew it was coming, but was SO happy when they confirmed it for 3.1
