Hey guys, my little brother pre-ordered WoH and has the beta key, but for some reason is having alot of trouble.
Firstly he used the client to download the game, and once it hit 100% complete it has given him no options to do anything with it, though has asked for his "acess code"
He has checked his email and it any emails he has gotten regarding the beta hasnt given him any such thing.
In addition he cant log in to his registered account on the website because since the first time he logged in with it ages ago any time he logs in now it wont let him saying that he is apparently logged in already.
Ive told him to send an email to them asking for help but tbh, its EA i dont have much hopes for them being useful so i thought i would post here seeing if any of ou guys could shed some light.
EDIT: NvM he found a message on the website saying that it will still be another week before theres a page to enter the beta codes he got, so the client is all just pre-emptive stuff
