hmm that is pretty intresting, I never thought about it before but it does raise several intresting questions. Nice find I'd quite like to read somemore about this so If you have any more links be sure to post them up :D.

This was something I had a debate about before when our german teacher in school said she thinks in german, sparked off a huge debate much like this. Is kinda an interesting thought.

I was talking to Docbot about the same sort of thing not that long ago. I asked him if he thinked in swedish and if he was listening to english does he then translate that into swedish before replying but he said that He could just switch on and off what language he thinked in. Which is quite intresting as when he's talking to a Swedish person he thinks in Swedish, but when he talks to and English speaking person he thinks in English. quite remarkable I think.

I think everyone does that when they've spoken/listened to a language long enough.

Here's an article about some differences between congenitally deaf and hearing adults.

Here's another article, about how the brain handles language.

Good reading (I suspect, haven't had time myself yet) would be The language instinct, by Steven Pinker.

braille is text for the blind, how did that get in here?

and what kind of question is "sign language?" - I don't get it, so I'll ridicule you with a sarcastic question of the same type instead:

Deaf and blind?

;)

(hugs and kisses) :P
