Kael'thas, as he seems to be quite effectively immortal, can cast cool stuff (and make you flyyyyy) and doesn't look like some demonic shitface. He's a bit of a wuss, though, so I don't know. I wouldn't go with Illidan simply because the horns are way too impractical and who wants to be blind, eh.

Out of WotLK I might go with Thorim, but he's essentially a good guy, so that doesn't work either. Choices, choices...

Any of the Horde would easily class as villan - they regualry attack much lower level ranks for the hell of it.
