They are not all spinning the same way; clockwise, clockwise, counterclockwise.

It's actually clockwise, either way, anti-clockwise. The original image in the middle is the one to look at, the other two just have the lines drawn on to show how people can see the image as rotating either way based on which leg you see as the front leg. If you focus enough on that middle image you can change her direction of spin as you like.
