why is noone talking about having a wii? they look like they will rox soxxors

i dont know about the condition of your computer mr storm, but i might suggest if you are going with the xbox (only fools go with a ps3 "$599 US DOLLARS, RIIIIIIDDDDDDGGGGGEEEEE RACER" and other YTMNDs (Retail information Here Game Listing Here and the startup screen hereand the startup screen here come to mind, it has also lost alot of its exclusive contracts with developers such as resident evil series and the GTA franchise) You could wait for Vista which is promising a 95% compatibility rate with xbox 360 games (all 360 games available on the PC) and the ability to play "interacial" so to speak, which looks really interesting

The Wii is unable to display resolutions above 420p, so technically this isnt the thread for a Wii. Id happily buy one when they come down in price, but probably not straight away because Ive got enough techno junk cluttering up my room at the moment. Hopefully, the new Mario wont try to be too flashy or gadgety a la Sunshine.

The Wii is really just a slightly modified Gamecube with a clever controller. All the games shown at E3 and the such likes were running on these modified Gamecubes (readgae) for one.

Still, as I don't have a GC, I might get me one Cheaper then a PS3! And I'm not getting a 360 till the price comes down, and Halo 3 is released.

Oops, I didnt mean to cause any trouble. I wasnt too bothered about discussing the Wii, just boasting that the 360 can display in hi res and the wii cannot But Ill probably end up getting one anyway The PS3 is indeed completely overpriced, Ill certainly be waiting for them to drop in price and GTA (despite the fact it'll be released on 360 anyway) to come out.

Oops again. I forgot this is a Wii thread now, no more 360 talk ... damn, there it goes again. You know, after I saw the E3 demo of the Wii controller, I wasnt terribly impressed. Zelda especially seemed to be a bit clumsy with the remote control, and that Excite4x4 or whatever didnt look all that super. Kind of like that flopped Sega taxi game for the GC.
