World of Warcraft is a game played by members of our community. They enjoy it. You might not like it. You might wish WoW never existed. But you damn well will not rain on their parade. This goes for any game. Period.

That's a non-exclusive list. Intention is everything. Intend to have fun and help others in this community have fun and that should come to be. Intend to detract from other people's fun and I will hand out warnings and, quite probably, infractions.

- Inviting others to join in games you like, or games THN plays. Good. We want more people playing games we like.
- Writing up an interesting and reasoned critique of how MMORPGs, including WoW, take lots of time and your feelings of the relative value of time in versus time out. Good. Respectful debate is good for a community.
- Urging people to take part in our wider community in a respectful and friendly fashion. Good. It's part of helping people feel welcome and involved.
Conversely, negative examples:
- Making out that a game someone else plays is worthless. Bad. They like it even if you don't, and that is all that matters.
- Moaning about any group of players we have here just for playing their game. Bad. Be respectful, be patient and get off your arse and organise a few games of something you do like; anything else is akin to trolling.
- Looking for offence or division where none need exist. Bad. A little jest does not amount to an attack on you or your games; be happy playing and being part of a community who actually want to play other games with you.
- Claiming that your offensive comments were "just in jest". Bad. Ask yourself whether your jest is for their fun too, or your fun in their hurt.
