still cant sign up...

all I see is the submit button and a link to add characters to my profile

no error messages when the submit button is pressed

I have an idea Juba, this happened to me althought it doesnt conforms with what others have been experiencing. I noticed when pressing submit that would happen and eventually noticed somewhere on the page I was met with was message two short, please enter at least 10 characters.

Now, Ive noticed people have signed up with no messages so Im not sure why this would happen. Try putting in a few words and see if that helps.

That character limit doesn't apply to Yes signups, just the other three. It's there to force people to make an excuse for being late or whatever. That can be turned off if it's not wanted.

Juba, could you keep me updated in your original thread here? I might miss replies elsewhere.

so it seems im not gonna b asle to sign up because of possible net browsing probs or java or what ever it is, but it seems just as wih juba it wont b fixed so just take me as a yes and ill try and be there raiding day

unfortunately it doesnt help there is nowhere for me to select yes.no.maybe or type in any text

Are you trying to use a work computer that could perhaps be somehow blocking it? also, have you tried making sure that javascript is enabled?

Heya guys,

I am trying to sign up for the raid but I run in to a problem.
I try to sign up as >> maybe, I dont know 100% sure if I will be around if I am I would like do tank some stuf (healing/dps possible as well) but when I click the submit button, the page refreshes but I do not apear in the list.

Does anyone of you have a clue what can be wrong?

You may also be having the same issues as Juba and Gidean, we don't know why yet.

Can you do me a favour and post in this thread the exact steps that you are taking, what you are entering into each box, etc.

Ah well i tryed 2 sign in again and everything apears 2 be ok.
Quite strage i tryed it 5 times on 3 differend computers.
Problem solved itself.

Just had a thought Juba.

When youre signing up to the event are you selecting your charcter from the drop down menu above the field? I forgot to there and just realised theres no error message and could infact seem like nothing had happened.

It should be fixed for Juba now. The issue was that the forum didn't see the characters on the profile, and was displaying the "You need to add characters to your profile before you can sign up" message.

The issue, it seems, is having a space after EU in the character field. "EU|Scarshield Legion" works, "EU |Scarshield Legion" does not.
