For those that might be interested, I found some time ago all the warcraft novels publised till 2009 in pdf format and uploaded them in my google docs.

Personally, I find the warcraft lore to be very nice, quality and relaxing fantasy reading.
Especially those by Richard Knaak (Dragolance Chronicles are his work amongst others) are highly recommended with my favorite being the War of the Ancients trilogy.

Here are the links where you can read them online or download the pdfs.
Enjoy! :)

For anyone interested in reading these, a little advice; don't bother with "Cycle of Hatred" or "Night of the Dragon" unless you'd really desperately prefer to subject yourself to bad fan-fiction writing rather than saving yourself the pain and reading the info from a wiki.

The other books, though? Well, I've still got them on my shelf and have every intention of continuing to get books by certain authors (namely Christie Golden; damn but the girl can write). Richard Knaak, though... largely awesome (Day of the Dragon hells yes, and War of the Ancients was fantastic), although Night of the Dragon REALLY hurts to read, and Stormrage was a fantastic story marred by painful writing (never been repelled AND drawn in by a book simultaneously).

But yeah, for the most part, s'good readings, and not just for people interested in Warcraft lore.

My bad, had the impression this was not a publicly accessed part of the forum.
Apologies and thanks for taking care of it.

If anyone is interested for those links, please contact me and will arrange it.

Hi, :)

[mod]I don't think you understood what Haven meant by " in private".

THN is not concerned with how you got any PDFsthat you may or may not have, and whether you read them or not. But, please don't distribute, announce or otherwise mention them at all on the forums.

Those books are under copyright and are currently for sale as legitimate business. Publicly announcing that you have links to them and can arrange to give them away is almost as un-kosher as posting them directly.

Naturally, a list of books that exist out there, a discussion about said books, and links to legitimate sale points, those are all ok. :)[/mod]

Cheers,
J.

Helloes, :)

[mod]It's been brought to my attention that this thread had been locked before I posted, thus meaning that my intervention was unnecessary. Consider this, my "oops, foot in mouth, unnecessary post" retraction, with apologies. :)[/mod]

Cheers,
J.
