You should find attached to this post an image of the CoD4 main menu screen...

What I would like to know is if you can tell me what the hell is causing the text in the top left and the top right corner to be drawn?

It's definitely something drawing an overlay of some sort as I have seen this in other games I have had too.

It wasn't present at i36, and the only thing I have installed since then is DAEMON Tools Lite.

It *could* be XFire I guess, as that updated last night, but there seems to be no option to turn this off?

Any ideas what is doing that?

It's X-Fire. Bring up X-Fire overlay then hide unpin it.

lol I love the xfire FPS overlay, it is awesome. Especially in CoD, I much prefer it to the in game one.

Given the amount of people that didn't still know about after all this time since it was added, I don't blame them. I also love that you can resize them now

Deffinatly XFire In-Game feature.
Standard in-game keys are: Scroll Lock+X combo
