Ok so this is a somewhat dual sectioned post.
Firstly is to say as a general discussion how helpful the Xbox support blokey I just spoke. I've just switched from an Xbox arcade to an Elite (Due to a finally failed CD drive in the former). He managed to save me £10 by not needing the HDD transfer kit and unlocking my license transfer (despite me using it in August and the site clearly saying you can only use the tool once a year). I've not always been impressed with Microsoft's idea of "Customer Support" but this time they got it right.
Secondly, whilst going through the setup on the new Elite, I discovered that sometime xbox have finally added an option to have the onscreen keyboard as QWERTY. I might be the only person who hadn't discovered this, but for those who hadn't, pop over to System Settings>Console Settings>Language and you will find an option for English(QWERTY). I've been looking for this for ages, glad it finally appeared, even if it does seem to have been a somewhat stealth update!
