the current leader is Vibs. You have been processed! and requests are not more than a couple of days old as i had a look at the page sun/mon and tend to do so a couple of times a week

Feels good to know that there are several ppl using Xfire, as I try to convert my friends to it, instead of the &%/#"# Msn.
I just made an apply to the Xfire clan/guild.
Hope to get invited, otherwise, DEAL WITH THE WRATH OF LITHY :D

TBH I LOVE IT! yes i have my contacts on their already, But this shows ppl from THN who I dont know directly and has helped me to make new friends as I join there game or see them online and say "Hi ur on thn doesnt it rock?!"

I've also been looking around for a Xfire client for my Mac-Book. I've seen a project somewhere on the net, and it's an only chat thing. No game tracking, no in-game chats.
There is also another way of installing Xfire on Mac, and that is using Crossover programs wich makes the Mac run Win Xp/Vista. (Wich I almost for sure wont do. (OSX kicks *bliiiip*)
I accually dont care if it's in-game chatt, but it's a plus. I just want to be able to contact friends that are'nt using MSN.
So ppl please! If you find some kind of usable Xfire software (no beta versions) let me know will ya.

Glad people are finding the Xfire clan usefull, I dont know if it still exists but gaim used to have an xfire plugin that you might be able to get working...

Thanks man, looked it up and downloaded the latest client version of GAIM and the plug-in. Gonna look in to it a bit more when I'm home after work. :)

One solution which I've found very successful is to sell the overrated piece of hardware and buy a better PC for the same money.

Hmm, buy a better PC, well, take a look at my profile page and check my rig.
There is nothing wrong with a Mac-Book. I dodnt buy it to play. I bout it coz I like it and it has all that I need, plus it look better than a lap-top.

I dont need to buy a better PC, I got one.

ok same argument as before replacing PC with Dell Vostro.
plenty of things wrong with a macbook the major one is them being overpriced.

Well, I'm still gonna stick to my last statement, I like Mac-Book. And just coz I like it, doesnt mean everyone have to like it aswell. As long as I'm pleased with it.
