Zandalar Rep Runs

Just an idea I had to help people get rep faster with the Zandalar tribe; I know that some people are a tad irked that we don't get any of the coins or Bijous from our ZG runs with the Ashen Order, so I here's an alternative we can try during the week when we aren't running with AO:

We take a group of 8 or more members of The Haven into our own instance of ZG, and we grind through the mobs and patrols in there; if we're careful, it won't be any problem, and we can get a lot of rep (4 or more for each kill), and we can share the coins out between ourselves; and since the coins would be split between far fewer of us, we get more each, ultimately resulting in fast honour gain for all of us. Also, since there'd be fewer of us, there'd be more cash and trash loot for each person, so it'd be more worthwhile cash-wise than ZG normally is.

I'm not sure if the instance can be reset or not, but if we run out of mobs to kill, we could either run out and reset, or just go away for a couple of hours, then come back and they'll all ahve respawned.

Nice and easy, and something we can do during the week so it doesn't interfere with out raids with AO.

Sound like a plan?

Sounds good mate - as long as you do not kill any bosses you do not need to reset as the timer does not start ... actually it doesnt matter either way as the mobs respawn all the time regardless.

I am definately up for this - can I ask you nicely to post up a time and date in the calendar for this ?

Well I was planning on seeing how many people were interested first; not worth running it if we don't have at least 8 people to do it with. If we can get a party of 8 or more, even slightly under-level people (like a certainy semi-epixxed out warrior I could mention) could easily join us, and start gaining Zandalar rep long before they normally would

...that and I haven't used the calendar before so I'd need to actually find it and work it out first

My best advice would be to organise the event first and then spam people to join - its the best way to make things happen. If you need a hand with the calendar then just shout - I'll be on teamspeak this evening if you need a hand, or you can ask one of the others regs as they all know how to use it.

I think that the ideal group would be 8/9 people on a run. I dont think it can be done with any less.

If I'm not on TM you can get haven to give me a call if you want/need (get on TS join the raid etc, NWN2 is sucking my life) I'd be happy to make up numbers if it helps. Most Tuesdays are out and Monday and Thursday are clear after 7.30-8.30 ish depending on class finishing time and loony on a bike getting home and changed time

Okay so thats 5 of us guaranteed (probably six if I drag Eleifsha along). We'd need 10 for this minimum so four more people who are up for it and we're good to go.

I've made an entry on the calandar for a rep run on Wednesday next week; anyone who's interested please sign up. If we are only one or two people short, then it should be easy enough to grab some members of the Ashen Order or Blood Pact to come along and help.

Organised like this it should work properly and not go the way of the largely pick-up impromptu attempt that happened a few days ago.
