I just found about about an upcoming game this August which is called

From Dust.

As it looks like it is going to be sort of a populus/black and white mix up.

I think I'd pick it up for the PC, though. Strategy games and consoles don't seem to mix, to my mind.

Ah. Then that's a no-buy for the PC. Refuse to support that manner of DRM. I'll be playing Deus Ex in the following week so I could just skip this one for a bit.

That's cool and all, but I was hoping to get a refund for games I bought which sucked badly...

Also, Ubisoft suck hard. They're on my gaming blacklist.

Best comment on there about Volition's policy on games: 'Lets worry about making a game that's worth pirating, then worry about making sure they don't.'

Ubisoft don't exactly come out of this smelling like roses.

More like smelling like downright LIARS.

The sad fact, is the team that put time and effort into this are going to look bad, because the game (which looked relatively original) didn't sell particularly well.
